Steps to apply for Aikyashree Scholarship 2024-25

To submit a fresh Aikyashree scholarship application,

Step 1: Go to the official website

  1. First, click on the Official Website of the Aikyashree Scholarship at wbmdfcscholarship.org.
  2. Next, click on the “Student’s Area” option.
  3. Next, click on the “Fresh Registration 2024-2025” option.

Step 2: Select district of your institute

  1. On the new page, the names of all the districts of West Bengal will appear.
  2. Next, select the district name in which your institute is located.
  3. Next, click on the “OK” button.

Step 3: Fill up the registration form

  1. The Application form will appear on your screen.
  2. Next, fill in all the required information such as mobile number, bank account details, etc., correctly.
  3. Next, upload all the documents asked during the registration process.

Step 4: Create a password

  1. Next, enter and select the educational details from the given options.
  2. Next, enter your ‘Annual Family Income’ and ‘E-mail ID’ in the specified fields.
  3. Next, enter the same password in the ‘Create Password’ and ‘Confirm Password’ fields.
  4. Next, click on the ‘Submit And Proceed’ button.
  5. Next, click on the ‘Continue’ button.
  6. A message of successfully registered will appear on the screen.
  7. Next, copy the Application ID.

Step 5: Login to the portal

  1. Next, click on the ‘Login’ button.
  2. Next, enter the application id under the ‘User Name’.
  3. Next, enter the ‘Password’ that you have set in the specified field.
  4. Next, enter the ‘Captcha’ and click on the ‘Login’ button.
  5. An OTP will be sent to the registration mobile number. Enter it in the specified field.
  6. Next, click on the ‘Submit’ button.
  7. The dashboard will open.

Step 6: Enter your basic information

  1. Next, click on the ‘Basic Information’ option.
  2. Next, enter the required ‘Student Information’ in the specified fields.
  3. Next, enter and select the ‘Permanent Address Details’ option.
  4. Next, enter the ‘Present Address Details’ or tick the ‘Same as Permanent Address’ box, if the address is the same.
  5. Next, enter and select ‘Other Information’ as required.
  6. Next, tick the declaration box and click on the ‘Submit and Proceed’ button.
  7. A new page will open.

Step 7: Enter your academic and bank details

  1. Next, enter and select your ‘Present Academic Details.’
  2. Next, click on the ‘Submit and Proceed’ button.
  3. Next, enter the ‘Bank Account Information’ in the specified fields.
  4. Next, click on the ‘Submit and Proceed’ button.

Step 8: Submit the Aikyashree application form

  1. A new page will open showing the entire preview of the scholarship.
  2. Next, tick the declaration boxes.
  3. Next, click on the ‘Verify & Lock Application’ button.
  4. The application will be submitted successfully and will be sent to government officials for verification.
  5. The application number will be generated. Save it for further reference.
